The Magic State is a solo project by Nadine Byrne, one half of Ectoplasm Girls, initiated in 2008. In the project, Byrne uses sound and video as a means to translate imaginery about transcendence and ritual. Together they work to put you into a magical state of mind that she calls The Magic State. A 7" is soon to be released on iDEAL Recordings.

The Magic State è il progetto solista dell’artista visiva Nadine Byrne (parte anche di Ectoplasm Girls) cominciato nel 2008. Dal vivo, video e suoni sono una sorta di mezzo per trasmettere un immaginario basato su trascendenza e ritualità. Combinati insieme spingono verso uno condizione magica che Nadine Byrne definisce, appunto, The Magic State.
